It is hereby announced that, on July 16, 2026, the acquisition of the entire share capital of Alkimis SGR S.p.A., an asset management company authorized by the Bank of Italy, by UniCredit S.p.A. was finalized.
The transaction was carried out after obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent Supervisory Authorities.
Following the completion of the transaction, Alkimis SGR S.p.A. assumed the name UniCredit Invest SGR S.p.A.
The completion of the transaction and the consequent change of company name do not entail changes in the management of the funds, in relations with clients or in the rights of participants, which will continue without interruption in compliance with the applicable legislation.
The documentation referred to on this website is currently being updated in light of the aforementioned transaction and the change of name of the asset management company.
